Lingayen Landing observed; gov thanks WW 2 veterans

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd thanked Pangasinan's World War 2 (WW 2) veterans for their sacrifices and patriotism in fighting for the country's freedom against the invaders.

'My sincerest thanks and most honorable salute to the veterans of the province of Pangasinan,' said Governor Guico during the 79th anniversary celebration of the Lingayen Gulf Landings and the 17th Pangasinan Veterans Day at the Veterans' Park here on Tuesday, January 9.
