11 SHCs to be established in Davao City – Go

SEN. Christopher "Bong" Go announced that 11 super health centers will be established in strategically identified locations in Davao City to enhance health care services and reduce the need for travel to distant hospitals.

Services offered in super health centers include database management, outpatient, birthing, isolation, diagnostic (laboratory: X-ray and ultrasound), pharmacy and ambulatory surgical unit. Other available services are eye, ear, nose and throat service, oncology centers, physical therapy and rehabilitation centers, and telemedicine.
