No weather disturbance monitored but rain forecast in SLuzon – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines: The shear line – where the hot and cold air converge – will bring significant amounts of rain over Southern Luzon, particularly the Bicol Region and Quezon province within the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.

Weather specialist Benison Estareja said, however, that they have not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area (LPA) inside or outside the country's area of responsibility at least until over the weekend.
