LA Union-based Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMSU) has inked ties with Apayao State College (ASC) for the establishment of an Apiculture Satellite Center in the province of Apayao in the landlocked Cordillera region to boost the beekeeping industry.
DMMSU information officer Maricon Viduya said a memorandum of agreement (MoA) was signed between the two institutions for the said project by DMMMSU President Jaime Manuel Jr. and ASC President John Cabansag at the DMMMSU central administration in Bacnotan, La Union.
