Phoenix snares twice-to-beat incentive, routs Meralco

MANILA, Philippines: Phoenix got off to a hot start and managed sustain its solid play the rest of the way to rout Meralco, 93-83 and secure the second twice-to-best incentive for the quarterfinals on Wednesday's PBA Season 48 Commissioner's Cup at the Araneta Coliseum.

Showing no signs of rust after coming off a 16-day break, the Fuel Masters surged to a 31-16 lead, lost the advantage when the Bolts regrouped to take control, 55-54, before regaining their bearings in the last period.
