MANILA, Philippines: At least three weather systems – northeast monsoon ("amihan"), easterlies and localized thunderstorms – are affecting the country, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.
Until over the weekend, no tropical cyclone or low pressure area is expected to form or enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), weather specialist Robert "Obet" Badrina said.
