THERE is a need to upskill and reskill the workforce in the next three years to keep up with the demand of the fast developments in technology, the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (Ibpap) said.

"I think we have a window of opportunity in the next two to three for the Filipino workforce to upskill and reskill themselves, and learn new skill sets [for] new technologies that will allow them to perform higher value-added services," said Ibpap President and Chief Executive Officer Jack Madrid in a television interview on Monday.
