BACOLOD CITY: To ensure the stability of power in Negros Occidental, the provincial government will formulate an energy roadmap with the help of the University of St. La Salle- Bacolod (USLS), Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson said on Monday.
Lacson, during his first press conference for 2024, said USLS will be working with the provincial government to map out a plan for a long-term and sustainable source of energy.
