MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Red Cross said that it has attended to 180 patients with health concerns since the Black Nazarene procession or Traslacion started early Tuesday.
The PRC said it deployed 12 ambulances and a fire truck; put up 10 first aid stations, eight welfare desks, one emergency field hospital, a food truck and has 316 active volunteers on the ground.
