Cloudy in Visayas, Mindanao

Manila, Philippines: Visayas and Mindanao will be cloudy with light rains while Metro Manila and most parts of Luzon will have fair weather, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres said they have not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
