Shear line, easterlies affect Bicol region, Visayas and Mindanao

Manila, Philippines: The combined effects of the easterlies and shear line will bring rain in Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao in the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Sunday.

Eastern Visayas, Quezon, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line and easterlies.
