MANILA, Philippines: Cloud clusters east of Mindanao may bring rains across the country over the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration(Pagasa) said Saturday.

Weather specialist Patrick del Mundo said still no low pressure area (LPA) is being monitored inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and chances of having a tropical cyclone within the next few days is still low.
