RAZON-LED Prime Energy Resources Development B.V. on Friday said that the Malampaya consortium had signed a long-term gas sale and purchase agreement (GSPA) with four wholly owned subsidiaries of First Gen Corp.
Prime Energy, the operator of the Malampaya natural gas facility, said the new GSPA would ensure the continued supply of indigenous natural gas to power plants whose gas supply contracts were expiring this year.
