THE Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) is confident the three Filipino athletes will perform beyond expectations in the Youth Olympic Winter Games in South Korea later this month.
POC President Abraham "Bambol" Tolentino announced the participation of short-track speed skater Peter Groseclose, cross-country skier Avery Balbanida and freestyle skier Laetaz Rabe.
