MANILA, Philippines: The shear line – where the hot and cold air converge – resurfaced as it brings scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Bicol Region and areas in Samar over the next 24 hours, the state-run weather agency said on Friday.
Weather specialist Grace Castañeda of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said they have not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area in the coming days.
