(UPDATE) SONSHINE Media Network International (SMNI) filed a motion on Thursday asking National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Commissioner Ella Blanca Lopez and her two deputies to inhibit from presiding over the case against the media company.
In a seven-page motion, SMNI, represented by lawyers Rolex Suplico and Mark Tolentino, questioned the impartiality of Lopez and deputy commissioners Jon Paulo Salvahan and Alvin Bernardo Blanco in handling the case.
