MANILA, Philippines: The military and police dispelled reports circulating on social media about a plot to oust President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., pledging full support for their commander-in-chief.
Armed Forces Chief Romeo Brawner Jr. said the AFP "stands firm in its unwavering loyalty to the Constitution and its solemn commitment to fulfill its mandate."
