CAMP BGEN. VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: Operatives from various law enforcement agencies in Region 4A (Calabarzon) arrested the 5th most wanted person in Rizal on Tuesday, January 2, at the Manila East Road Trower Hills Subdivision in Taytay, Rizal.

The suspect was identified as John Carlos Orfallas, 31, a resident of Mabuhay Homes Subdivision in Barangay Darangan, Binangonan, Rizal. He was arrested on the strength of a warrant of arrest issued on Jan. 2, 2022 by Marie Lyn Laborte-Andal, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 139 in Antipolo City.
