SULTAN Kudarat State University College of Education (SKSU-CEd) teacher Jena Mae Fataganiwas hailed as an Outstanding TLE and TVL Educator in Leadership Management during the 5th Philippine Organization for Technical and Livelihood Education (TLE) and Technical Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) Educators (POTTE) Convention 2023 and 2nd Gawad Parangal sa Natatanging Guro 2023 held at Teachers Camp in Baguio City on December 16 to 18, 2023, according to SKSU Public Relations and Information Office.

The convention's theme was 'Matatag Agenda: Redirecting EPP, TLE, and TVL Educators towards Accessibility, Quality, and Resiliency in Education.'
