THE Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) South La Union Campus College of Education (CE) has inked ties with San Julian Integrated School-Alternative Learning System (SJIS-ALS), Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and the local government of Agoo town in La Union province for livelihood program and quality education.
DMMMSU Strategic Communications Director Maricon Viduya said these partnerships were officially forged under memoranda of agreement (MoAs) to implement Project Skills Training Initiatives in Technology for Community and Home Economics (Stitch) and Project Learning Enhancement and Advancement Program (Leap).
