THE national government's outstanding debt hit a new high of P14.51 trillion at the end of November last year, the Bureau of the Treasury reported on Wednesday.
For the month alone, P27.92 billion was added to total outstanding debt following the issuance of domestic securities, the Treasury said in a statement.
