Sustained peace in BARMM sought

THE Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) is pushing the enhancement of its peace and security mechanisms to prevent the occurrence of violent conflict in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

MPOS Minister Hussein Muñoz said in a phone interview that they sought to establish and further strengthen the coordination and collaboration mechanisms with different law enforcement agencies, civil society organizations, and other force multipliers operating in the region.
