VILLAR-LED Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. on Tuesday said that its wholly owned subsidiary, VLL International Inc., had approved the establishment of a $2-billion medium-term note program.
Medium-term note programs are continuing capital-raising initiatives that allow corporations or financial institutions to offer debt securities to investors with a maturity date ranging from two to 10 years.
