THE new year could bode well for San Miguel Beer as seven-time league Most Valuable Player June Mar Fajardo eyes his much-awaited return on January 12 when the Beermen play their final elimination round assignment against the Blackwater Bossing.
The 6-foot-10 Fajardo has missed the team's last five games since fracturing his left wrist in San Miguel's 115-110 win over Rain or Shine on November 30.
