MANILA, Philippines: House of Representatives' Deputy Majority Leader and ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Erwin Tulfo topped the preferences for senator in the latest Tugon ng Masa survey if the 2025 senatorial elections were held today.

The national poll, conducted by OCTA Research from Dec. 10 to 14, 2023, had 1,200 adult respondents and a margin of error of ±3 percent.
