Bicol's oldest tribe gets food packs

PARACALE, Camarines Norte: In an outskirt community at the gold-rich town of Paracale in Camarines Norte, families from the oldest known tribe in Bicol Region were given food packs for the celebration of New Year's Eve.

For many members of the Manide tribe, this will be the first time that they will be having a sumptuous ''media noche'' on New Year's Eve other than the usual root crops and rice.
