PH cloudy as northeast monsoon prevails

The northeast monsoon or 'amihan' continues to affect extreme Northern Luzon, as well as Batanes and Babuyan Islands which will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.

It said that Albay, Sorsogon and Catanduanes will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterlies.
