A GROUP of parents whose children's deaths were linked to the controversial anti-dengue vaccine Dengvaxia asked the Quezon City Regional Trial Court to reconsider its earlier order voiding 34 out of 35 criminal cases they filed against Rep. Janette Garin, former secretary of the Department of Health (DoH).
Represented by the prosecution panel, the Samahan ng mga Magulang ang mga Anak ay Biktima ng Dengvaxia (SMABD), led by its president, Sumachen Dominguez, on Wednesday filed their motion for reconsideration before Judge Maria Luisa Gonzales-Betic of QC-RTC Branch 229.
