CAGAYAN State University (CSU) spearheaded a global dialogue on Futures Thinking for sustainable development with over 350 participants from around the world converging via Zoom platform for the 3rd International Conference on Futures Thinking toward Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on Dec. 22, 2023.

CSU President Urdujah Alvarado said the event was in collaboration with various international institutions, including the Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia; Unitar International University, Malaysia; Universiti Teknologi Malaysia; Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera UTARA, Indonesia; Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, Indonesia; Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies, India; National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan; National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan; Philippine Futures Thinking Society; Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Cagayan Chapter; and Philippine Association of Medical technologists, Cagayan Chapter.
