Digitalization to address purchasing gaps – DBM

THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) intends to address deficiencies in the procurement process by adopting electronic (e)-bidding and modernizing the centralized procurement system of the Procurement Service (PS).

In a statement on Wednesday, Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said that through digitalization and innovation, the department can effectively bridge the gap in the procurement system.
