BDO takes control of Podium Complex

SY-LED BDO Unibank Inc. said on Wednesday that it had completed the buyout of Keppel Philippines Properties Inc. and Opon-KE Properties Inc.'s combined 50-percent stake in SM Keppel Land Inc.

SM Keppel Land, a joint venture company of BDO and the Keppel Group, is engaged in developing, operating, and managing the property known as the Podium Complex located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, in Metro Manila.
