Transmission still an issue for RE projects

TRANSMISSION remains an issue for the expansion of renewable energy in the country, the Department of Energy-Renewable Energy Management Bureau (DoE-REMB) said.

DoE-REMB Director Marissa Cerezo told The Manila Times that the issue must be addressed as the existing power structure in the country is not adequate to accept significant levels of RE generation.
