Malaluan vows competent, corruption-free Marina

MARITIME Industry Authority (Marina) Administrator Sonia Malaluan has vowed to bring about positive changes in service delivery and overall efficiency, committing to competence, discipline, and corruption-free governance.

During a meeting with job order (JO) and contract of service (COS) personnel at the Marina Central Office in Manila, the newly appointed administrator unveiled her ambitious vision for the agency.
