LISTED builder Megawide Construction Corp. will be paying out a total of P29.64 million in cash dividends on its Series 5 preferred shares to stockholders on record as of December 28 this year.
The company's board of directors earlier this month approved the declaration of cash dividends equivalent to around P1.98 per Series 5 preferred share, Megawide told the bourse in a recent disclosure.
