Regional fish port deliveries rise

REGIONAL fish ports in the country recorded the highest fish deliveries so far this year in November despite the implementation of closed fishing season.

The Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) said fish unloading during the month totaled 49,718.434 metric tons (MT), 54.9 percent higher than the 32,091.03 MT delivered in the same month last year.
