THE Department of Agriculture (DA) has lifted a temporary ban on pig products originating from Singapore as cases of African swine fever (ASF) have ended with no additional outbreaks.

Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. issued Memorandum Order (MO) 74 allowing the entry or importation of domestic and wild pigs, and their products originating from the said country.
