BAGUIO CITY: The city government here and the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. (BFFFI) recently launched the 28th edition of the Panagbenga, the city's major crowd drawing event that will run from February 1 to March 3, 2024.
The theme of the 28th edition of the flower festival will be "Celebrating Traditions, Embracing Innovation."
