(UPDATE) FORMER president Rodrigo Duterte said the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) violated his constitutional rights when it suspended his program aired on the Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI).
"One, you have to be in gross violation of my constitutional right to free expression," Duterte said on social media on Thursday night.
