MANILA, Philippines: Following a directive from Quezon City Mayor Maria Josefina 'Joy'' Belmonte, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) ordered the relief of a station commander and his two subordinates over a leaked video of the late actor Ronaldo Valdez that went viral.

BGen. Redrico Maranan,QCPD director, said on Thursday that administrative and criminal charges will be filed against the policemen from the Galas Police Station (PS-11) for unlawfully circulating the video on the death of Valdez whose real name is James Ronald Dulaca Gibbs.
