MANILA, Philippines: Presidential Adviser for Strategic Communications Cesar Chavez said he will "take responsibility" for posting an announcement which he did not vet.
It was Chavez who first posted a purported proclamation coming from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announcing Friday, December 22, as "half day" to allow commuters to go home early for the holidays.
