TRADE Secretary Alfredo Pascual said that amending the Constitution to ease economic provisions will help increase foreign investments in the country.
Speaking at the "Radyo Pilipinas: Bangon, Bayang Mahal" radio program on Wednesday, the Trade chief said that easing the Constitution's economic provisions is a positive step to opening the economy further and increasing the interest of foreign investors to do business in the Philippines.
