FIVE hundred fifty families whose houses were totally damaged by Super Typhoon "Yolanda'' in 2013 have been awarded with new places of shelter by the National Housing Authority (NHA) in Antique province.

Sen. Maria Imelda Josefa ''Imee'' Marcos led the ceremony held over the weekend in Barangay Lugta, Laua-an town, general manager Joeben Tai told The Manila Times on Tuesday, December 19.
