GLOBE Telecom Inc. said it had officially turned over the ownership of a total of 4,467 towers to four telecom tower companies, or "towercos," over the past two years, successfully raising P57.4 billion as of December this year.
The Ayala-led telco announced the third closing on Monday of another 79 towers sold to Unity Digital Infrastructure for a cash consideration of P948 million.
