Police Regional Office Region 3 (PRO3) Director BGen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. ordered all city and provincial directors in the region to continuously conduct police-focused operations and sustain the level of alertness and vigilance being displayed as enhanced police operations are being carried out under Ligtas Paskuhan 2023.
