MPT South prepares amid holiday rush

METRO Pacific Tollways South (MPT South), a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC), on Monday said it is gearing up for the anticipated surge in traffic on its road infrastructures as holiday shopping and travel season ramps up.

The subsidiary noted that from the third to the last week of December 2023, it has been anticipating a heavy increase of vehicles along the Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex), including its C5 Link segment, and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAx).
