The Department of Foreign Affairs Office of the Consular Affairs Region 5 inaugurated the agency’s 11th Authentication Office on Dec. 11, 2023. Located on the third floor of Annex 1 of the Pacific Mall-Legazpi, the facility will serve as the only Authentication Office, which issues Red Ribbon or Apostille certification. It can accommodate 150 individuals per day. Aside from expediting the process of the said documents for those needing it, foot traffic is also expected to increase for the mall.
