TY-LED GT Capital Holdings Inc. on Monday said its board of directors had authorized the declaration of quarterly cash dividends for next year in the aggregate amount of roughly P364.8 million.
The board approved the issuance of cash dividends for its outstanding nonvoting, nonparticipating, nonconvertible, and redeemable series "B" perpetual preferred shares in the amount of P91.2 million per quarter.
