THE Philippines and Cuba signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for bilateral consultations that will promote cooperation in various areas between the two countries.
The agreement was signed by Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo and Non-Resident Ambassador of Cuba to the Philippines Florentino Batista González on Wednesday.
