THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) warned foreign nationals that anyone who attempts to secure a Philippine passport through illicit means would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The DFA issued the reminder during the meeting of the Inter-Agency Committee Against Passport Irregularities (ICPI) on Wednesday, headed by Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs Jesus Domingo and Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs Adelio Angelito Cruz.
