Jerusalem, Undefined: Israel said Thursday that suspects arrested in Denmark were "acting on behalf of the Hamas" militant group after Danish authorities said they foiled a "terror" attack.
Danish security forces "arrested seven terrorists acting on behalf of the Hamas terrorist organization, and thwarted an attack, the goal of which was to kill innocent civilians on European soil," a statement issued by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said.
